Eric Asks: I am having pain in my rear toe from split jerking.  Is this due to not landing the rear foot correctly on the split jerk?  Every time I finish a session that involves split jerking, my big toe hurts like hell and takes a couple of days for the pain to go away.  Is this a common issue and what can I do about this?
