What kind of training program would you suggest after taking a 2-3 week break regarding volume / intensity? Maybe a specific one you have?

Didier - It really depends on your goals/compeition schedule and how long of a program you're looking for. If you want to start with something general, I would go with the 8 week general cycle, then go from there to something a little more complex.
