Great episode as always. Thanks for taking the time to do these for the comunity, they are really helpful.
I have a question for you if you could help me.

I am a young weightlifter from Bosnia, started 2 years ago and I am looking for a way to get the sport out there and get more people envolved.

Do you have any sugestions on how to make the sport of WL apealing to the general crowd and show the benefits of the classics lift as well as other elements of the sport to athletes in others sports as well as to their coaches?

There isn't any simple answer to this, and it will depend on the people you're trying to appeal to. I would focus on a specific group (ideally individual athletes and coaches), particularly those who may be influencial in their own circles and approach them personally.

Hi Guys,

Thank you both for taking your timing to put these podcasts together,

I'm curious as to how Greg set up his day to day routine while owning the commercial Catalyst Athletics. How did you set up your training? When would you do your admin work? I would guess that you had a lot going on in a run of a day.

My question would be- What was the system that was most productive for you that allowed you to perform as an athlete and still be there for your athletes as a coach?

For Ursula, I would ask as to how you set up your professional career and your coaching career. Both careers, you are a teacher, so how do manage your energy and time to be make sure that you can provide the support and teaching to properly support your students and athletes?

The reason I ask is because I'm certain that there are a lot of athletes, who happened to turn into coaches and/or gym owners due to the lack regional resources of proper coaching (if there is any). Being an athletes, coach and teacher all require a certain amount of cognitive effort as well as time, Rather than us rookies trying to re-invent the wheel, is there any advice for daily organization for those who in the position of balancing between a coach/business owner and an athlete?
Initially, I was essentially doing everything, which meant very long days and limited time and energy to train myself - that was part of the reason I didn't compete for almost 5 years. Once the gym was established, I had employees who largely handled the day to day tedium of the gym business, so I was able to work in my office every morning for a few hours, train a couple hours, work a couple more hours, then coach the team. Fridays were always off days for both my team and me, which meant those were always a major office work day - 8-10 hours uninterrupted. Saturdays and Sundays were work days also for years but eventually I was able to cut down so they were mostly overflow days for particularly busy weeks or when work was limited due to travel for competitions, seminars, etc.
