			Connect a single-arm handle to a long attachment on a cable stack machine and get into a half-kneeling position perpendicular to it. Hold the handle in the far arm with the palm up, and brace the upper arm against the inside of the outer thigh. Extend the elbow completely while keeping the arm pressed against the leg to keep the motion strict, then return to the start under control.
 
Purpose
The cable concentration tricep extension is a strict tricep strength or hypertrophy exercise that emphasizes the medial head.
 
Programming
Generally higher reps like 15-20 reps are appropriate for more medial head-emphasis tricep exercises.
