Standing Banded Hip Adduction

The standing banded adduction is a very simple and accessible exercise for the adductors, and can be a good early exercise for coming back from a groin strain.

Stand with a band around one ankle and anchored to that side to pull it away from the other leg. Allow the band to pull the leg out to the side under control, then bring the leg back into the support leg. Maintain continuous tension until starting the next rep.
