I am the program director and professor in the Sports Medicine (Exercise Science) department at Keiser University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In Fort Myers, FL, I was the only campus of the 16 throughout the state that implements Olympic Lifting and the Catalyst standards of lifting and will continue this to the Fort Lauderdale campus. Since moving to Fort Lauderdale, I am now a lifting coach at CrossFit Broward and work with lifters and athletes to improve their skills. I was previously an Olympic Lifting specialist and strength coach for CrossFit Thoroughbreds in Fort Myers, Florida, and worked with multiple sports teams and players to enhance performance for their individual sports.
