I was very curious as I just recently began to follow this websites program. What is the difference in the Snatch+Overhead squat rep scheme (75% x 3+1 x2) and the power clean + power jerk rep scheme [75% x 2(1+1)] is the snatch + overhead squat 3 snatches and then on that third 1 ohs? And for the power clean + power jerk is it 2 power cleans and 2 power jerks? I appreciate any input!

Brian -

For the snatch + OHS it is 3 snatches and 1 OHS at the end. One set at 70%, another 2 sets at 75%, and last 2 sets at 80%.

For the power clean + power jerk. That means 2 reps of power clean then power jerk.

I hope this helps. There is also information at the about the program tab on the right side of the page for additional help.
