Questions about making purchases in our online store.

I'm trying to place an order, but it says you don't ship to my region.
This is an error with PayPal that we unfortunately are not able to fix. You can contact us to place the order directly or use your credit card through Stripe.

I'm trying to pay for my order, but it won't accept my credit card.
Unfortunately we have no say in the processing of your credit card - you'll need to contact either PayPal or Stripe customer service (depending on which method you used) if you believe it's a problem with the processing.

It's also a good idea to call your bank - often they will decline charges from online stores they think may be fraudulent.


I want to place an order, but I don't have a PayPal account. Can I pay in another way?
You don't need a PayPal account! PayPal is simply one of the companies that processes our store transactions. You can pay with a credit card through PayPal or Stripe without having an account with either.

I ordered an e-book and have not received it yet. How do I get it?
Download links are provided on the order success page. If you missed the links, you can log into your store account and view your order history to access download links from any purchase you've made.




Site Membership

Questions about membership accounts for the website.

I registered for an account, but I have not received the email to verify my newsletter subsciption.
These emails can take a while to arrive. Some mail services like gmail, hotmail and yahoo hold our emails for up to 24 hours before releasing them. Some services will block them entirely as spam. If you do not receive this email after 24 hours, please contact us so we can help. Please note that we are not able to resend this email, as it does not originate with us.

I just registered for an account, but when I try to log in it says I'm not validated.
A current subscription to our newsletter is required for a site account. This means that you have not validated your newsletter subscription. When you sign up, you will receive an email with a button asking you to verify your subscription. Once this has been done, your account will be functional.

If you have unsubscribed from the newsletter in the past, you will not receive this email, as you have instructed the service to not send you email. You will need to subscribe to the newsletter again directly here.


I already have an account for the site, but it's not working to view the training programs.
The site membership account is not connected to the store or forum accounts - you will need to create a new account.
