Default Nice article on maintaining strength/muscle and endurance training

http://www.atlargenutrition.com/blog...and-be-strong/

A good article for those that have to run for your job i.e. military/LE or for those that just love to run.

This is something I've personally struggled with as when I start running a lot my in the gym time suffers and when I spend too much time in the gym my running suffers. Maybe one day when I retire out of the Army I can consider no more running but until then I try to make the best of both worlds.

I thought you loathed running Allen?

It is a good article though.

Slowly working my way through every post on Starrett's blog...time consuming but worth it.

Good article for those of us who would like to just lift, but have other conflicting training needs. Food for thought/planning. Thanks, Allen.
